Looking For A Job

On the day that the latest unemployment figures are announced in Strabane, this man is walking across the Lifford Bridge when he sees this other fella just about to leap off into the river. He rushes over and manages to catch him by the ankle as he jumps.
'Let me go, let me go, cries the would-be suicide. I don't want to live.'
'I don't want to save you,' says the first man. I just want to know where you work.'
