Traffic Lights

A Kerryman who went to London had never seen traffic lights before, so he asked a policeman what they were.
"When the lights are red', said the policeman, 'Englishmen are allowed to proceed, and when they are green, Irishmen are allowed to proceed'.
This is a great country', said the Kerryman, 'the Orangemen never get a chance'.
