An Englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman were being conscripted into The army so they had all their teeth extracted to avoid The draft. The Englishman was exempted because he had no teeth. The Scotsman was exempted also because he had no teeth, but The Irishman was exempted because he had flat feet.
